1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scoutmediastsh Performance Media Ltd ("Scoutmediastsh", "we", "our"). By accessing scoutmediastsh.com, querying our price slider models, downloading our buyer guides, or submitting inquiries, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Nature of Market Intelligence & Telemetry Disclaimer

Scoutmediastsh operates as an independent performance vehicle media and market intelligence aggregator. All data points, including price estimates, maintenance costs, 0-100 km/h acceleration figures, and valuation trends, are provided strictly for educational and comparative evaluation.

While our analysts cross-verify data with verified European dealer registries, Scoutmediastsh is not an authorized OEM franchise for Porsche, Audi, Aston Martin, Ferrari, or McLaren. Vehicle prices are subject to physical condition, geographic registration taxes (e.g., BPM in the Netherlands, Malus in France), and market fluctuations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary code, brand visual assets, proprietary layout architecture, bespoke running cost algorithmic models, and editorial buyer guides featured on scoutmediastsh.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Scoutmediastsh Performance Media Ltd and are protected under international copyright and trademark legislation. Automated scraping or framing of our price matrices without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable European law, Scoutmediastsh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Purchases, leases, or private automotive transactions negotiated between third-party buyers and independent automotive dealerships.
• Hidden mechanical defects, unreported chassis damage, or timing component failures occurring on used vehicles acquired after reading our informational dossiers.
• Temporary site outages or inaccuracies within the interactive price slider calculation engine.

5. User Submissions & Concierge Inquiries

When submitting vehicles for listing appraisal or requesting physical vehicle inspection dispatch, you warrant that all submitted registration details, mileage readouts, and service documentation are truthful, accurate, and unencumbered by liens or salvage salvage titles.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
